Through the membership, telemedicine services are available to all California residents and in-home visits are available to Northern California residents.

12 annual visits
- Initial 1-hour visit
- 11 30-minute follow up visits
- Telemed visits within 48 hours

- Full face to face time with your physician during each visit.

- Insurance can be used for Lab orders through Lab Corp or Quest Diagnostics.
- Superbills available by request for Visits and Lab Orders.
In-home visits for residents in cities/counties in & around the Bay Area, as far south as Monterey County.
