Frequently Asked Questions About Our Medical Services


  • Are patients who live outside of California accepted?

    We are currently only able to see clients in California.

    • Telemedicine services are available in any part of California.
    • At-Home Services are available in the Bay Area (including the South & East Bay Area) and as far south as Monterey County.

  • Do you see pediatric patients?

    Clients must be 18 years or older.

  • Does Ayurva Medical work with insurance companies?

    We are a cash-based medical practice and do not bill insurance companies. This allows us to see all different clients regardless of what their health insurance status may be.

    • All costs are upfront with Ayurva Medical.
    • Superbills are available upon request so that clients can submit for reimbursements through their health insurance company.

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    Memberships are required to be active for at least three months and cannot be cancelled prior to that. 

    • Must provide a 30-day notice for cancellation.

  • Are there payment plans?

    Yes, payment plans are available for aesthetic services.
